Hi guys.

This a yesterday photo. I am thinking of booking a new appointment for September. I think i will need to restore not only the crown but my b zone too. What do you think? Will a second hair transplant solve my problem forever?

Hi Buddy

The picture is really bright but other pictures look good , Its very difficult to say that it will solve your problem forever however you have come this far and am sure your plan would have been to restore the crown as well , I would check with your Clinic and seek their advice taking into account your age and donor supply also not using propecia must be taking into consideration as well but that's my opinion , if it were me I would be certainly doing it your hair looks good short as well , wishing you all the best

Hi

I cant tell you if you need Propecia but I know for myself it stabilized my hair loss and also it grow back some hair that I had lost in the vertex so It worked for me , I have no side effects from it and I would certainly have a chat about it when you get in touch with the Clinic or ask some other members all the best

Hi Siolas,
To be honest I don't see a significant change between your before and after photos. Having said that you only had 2400 or so grafts so I think (in my uneducated opinion) you will need at least another 1800-2500 grafts in the a and b zone for full coverage at the front. Be careful not to use the rest of your donor supply in the crown as it can suck up a huge amount of grafts and the cosmetic difference is often not as appealing to the eye as grafts added to the front.

Maybe you are right i will think about it. The important thing is that all of the hair follicules grew. Now it is time to decide if i will restore the front or the back. Thanks FutureFue.
