I would only go for a light sprinkle in the crown and concentrate on the b section, i think the grafts have grown and it would look much better with some length.....most HT'S can look thin shaved as when you grow the hair it creates a layering effect to help with the illusion of thicker looking hair. It doesn't help dude that the light is shining right on top of your head in the piccy.

I have to agree with BN here I have looked at your before after pictures and it clearly shows you have had growth and a new hairline as well , your donor needs to be checked to see what you have available , I think you should try to grow it out more remember the hair matures as times goes on the shaft diameter changes as well , hope all goes well for you mate and keep positive .
