Hey, look forward to seeing them. Would you be able to show us how the crown has progressed since you got on the fin ? Cheers

I would love to see a before an after of the crown too dude.......do you believe you have seen any significant regrowth from the Fin or is it just helping you maintain?

Thanks for sticking around dude.

Dr Ball is very happy with it, but perhaps I am too demanding and am looking for the type of regrowth as per the surgery which of course isn't feasible. It has improved so I am happy about that at the end of the day. Pics coming next week.

That's awesome.....I know what you mean regarding the regrowth though on Fin. I can't really say I experienced any but it has helped a lot with maintaining the hair I had left.

When did you have your final follow up ?
And did Dr B discuss that stem cell / fat cell trial they are doing ?

Mid April I had a 10 month review with Dr Ball. He did mention briefly but didn't go into too much depth, just more of what exciting is in the pipeline.

Well, that has gone quickly! Exactly one year ago today, I was probably in the process on the donor transplant. It really has flown by (as many said it would).

I went through the typical stages - excitement, then worry at the (supposed) lack of progress, then the hair growth explosion then happiness. It has also been 365 days since I started on the Propecia so I have added a variety of pics below to hopefully show the complete transformation in a year.

I am really delighted with the results, and no one has sussed I had any procedure (though I don't know considering the huge difference).

I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Edward Ball and Ziering to anyone thinking of a transplant, they have really improved my life/confidence/happiness. The only downside to it all is being knackered from fighting all this female attention off ;)

Cheers guys!

Hi,I am thinking about doing a FUT procedure with Dr Ball, with 2,500 grafts to the frontal area of my scalp. Apparently I have great donor hair at the sides and back if that helps...Therefore, I'd really like to know how you re getting on now if you don't mind. Your previous photos look great, but do you have any regrets/suggestions?Thanks.

Hi,
Sounds like you have a very similar starting point to myself (frontal area, number of grafts, good donor hair). Without wanting to gush, everything is really great. Its now 15 months on and I couldn't be happier. I see pics taken and I am still surprised to see the coverage I now have compared to what it once was. I couldn't recommend the procedure, and Dr Ball, enough. I've attached a few pics taken this morning. If you have any specific questions, just let me know. Good luck!
