Hello everyone! I am a 30 year old male and i am from London. I arrived home a few days ago from Istanbul so i will talk about my experience with Mega Hairtrans. Before i begin i would like to say thank you to everyone that helped me over at Mega Hairtrans. They knew English which made it so much easier to communicate and nothing awkward happened 
I started off by sending my photos to Mega Hairtrans 12 months ago. They recommended 5000 grafts and for me to start finasteride before the surgery. I was unsure if i should be using finasteride because of the side effects, but i decided to take them. I started using finasteride in April and using it just about every single day. On May i booked the surgery. We decided that May 12th and May 13th we have 2500 grafts on each day. I asked lots of questions and got answers that were both detailed and straight to the point which i really liked. I paid the fees for the operation, after that i had my hair shaved off. I didn't look that bad at all! They had a team that was well organized and up to date with technology. I sat down on a seat. I leaned my head on a support pad and the device starts taking 3d images. This apparently helps doctors get a better understanding and a better analysis. This lasted for 15 minutes in the meantime i was on my phone. I even had a video of it taking me which i can't really post here. After that, i went to my hotel and ate some amazing kebab. With the lines of my head, which people looked weird at me for. I didn't really mine. The first day i had to wear a buttoned up shirt which was needed. We had the 2500 grafts added, during the surgery they were putting something into my scalp so i don't feel anything which actually worked out very well. After the implants, i had to spray an ATP every 2 hours. Once everything was done, i went to my hotel. I felt dizzy and my forehead looked a little bigger. Once i reached the hotel i went to sleep cause i didn't get much sleep.
Next day was when 2505 grafts were added. The grafts weren't exactly 5000 grafts but they had to add 5 more which i didn't have to pay for. All went good, i had to keep ice packs because of the swelling. But the operation went perfect.
The last day is when we got my shampoos and creams (which were all free) i had to apply for 10 days in a proper plan. They gave me Turkish delights as a gift before i left. They also gave me a USB stick which had pictures and videos of my operation.
This was the best and most well organized place i had went to. My hair is now perfect the perfect.
