This 65 years-old patient, without med €™s, has an advanced and diffuse alopecia. We planned for him a 2 step strategy. In the first procedure we inserted 2301 grafts in the frontal third and the crown (4709 hairs; 2.04 hair per graft; 0.9 mm punch; 50-55 microns of hair; 652 FU1/1004 FU2/539FU3/99FU4). After 10 months we carred out the second procedure with the objective of increase the general density: 2022 grafts (4104 hairs; 2 hair per graft; 0.90 mm punch; 533 FU1/965 FU2/456 FU3/67FU4/1 FU5). Good final outcome. After one year and due to the good recovery of the donor the patient wanted to lower the frontal hairline. We decided a las procedure with 1201 grafts (2656 hairs, 2.21 hair per graft; 239 FU1/541 FU2/ 352 FU3/66 FU4)
