65 years old patient - 2 surgeries performed in 2009 and 2012.
Her situation is characteristic of the "high forehead syndrome" : it is a baldness quite similar to a natural baldness.
The donor area is good, as often with that kind of situation. It allows to perform a first FUT in 2009 which will be completed by a second one in 2012.
The total number of grafts is 2546 + 1131 = 3677 for a number of hair of 4981 + 1996 = 6977.
The hair is very thin but it does not avoid a very dense and natural result.
