ACell = Hair Cloning and the End of "Limited Donor" Concerns

I €™m hearing more and more clinics admit that Acell is not what it was made out to be. It would be nice to see them post as such with just as much vigor as they did when they were promoting it. But history tells me just as all the other crap that was hyped as making those who offered it unique that will not be happening. I guess it will be on to the next big thing.

Acell "....IS".... an FDA approved material being used by our US military for wound and tissue regeneration ......This is FACT....

Regardless of past hair cloning hype I think it still needs to be tested

All positive reports ive read about its true healing and regeneration potential Acell was applied daily over several weeks and not just 1 time for external issues..

This is what all Hair Doc's are doing .....there just applying it 1 time post op..!

Not saying it will make a big difference but I feel its application should be applied daily for at least several days

Penicillin wont cure an infection with 1 dose..........

based upon my own experience, I dont think it works at all . I think with strip surgery there is tension on the wound , i think the acell makes the tissue softer and more prone to stretch .

I was in a lot better shape before my procedure with acell . That procedure set me back years on my repair journey , and were the acell was used im led to beleive I will need possible 4 FUE procedures just to get back to how i was prior acell

Perhaps the Drs using acell would like to set up a ` charitable fund ` and donate towards the costs of repair procedures for patients like myself who trusted there judgement , I know of three other patients in the same situation as myself who all regret having acell used

Taking into account the content of the thread , im at a loss to try and answer your qs

nothing ever has or ever will remove a scar , thats just how wounds heal, surgery produces scars ... all surgery ...there all permanent

acell to me falls into the same catergory as " take this pill it makes your penis grow several inches ".... why do we see this statement as nonsense ,but believe blindly in the industry marketing of new products ....? its all one and the same .......

i dont know about no1 has ever removed or scar or ever will , over on skinBiology there are people who have removed scars and stretchmarks .

I think when they refer to stretch marks there hasnt been a surgical incision in the first place , not too sure though , regarding removal of a scar I think reading between the lines what they really mean is improve the scar via surgical methods revision , i think its impossible to remove them completely

re Dr Hitzig last i heard was he was on the recieving end of a " class action lawsuit" lodged by unhappy patients
