Hi guys ! So good to see so much information ! You are doing a great job ! About me : 45 yo I started to lose my hair in my twenties . I have used minoxidil 5% for a few years with modest results . After a while ( 40yo) I stopped worrying about my hair loss. I just shave my head and everything seems ok. Few days ago one of my coworkers from Turkey asked me why I didn't go to Istanbul for a surgery. Suddenly I realized that is an option. Now I'm trying to gather more information to see if I have enough donors or the bald area is not to wide spread. How many graft etc I need your help on this one. I will update some pictures!

Thanks a lot !

You have a large balding area that would require a lot of grafts to cover. Your crown is dipping and your donor looks pretty thin. Could you have a hair transplant, yes. Would it make enough of a change to make you happy, I don’t know.
Oral minoxidil has been showing some promising results. Maybe research it.
You may be able to obtain a few thousand grafts that can be used to create a thin hairline with thinner coverage behind. Using some beard hair is an option.
You may be better off just staying as is.
Take a look at what can be achieved for higher norwoods with a thinner donor. Newcastleblogger had similar hair loss pattern to you.

If you’re ok with your hair buzzed/shaved, then that is what I would say is the best option. Hair transplants plant surgery does have risks and you could end up regretting having one. Staying as you are is good.
