i know the amount of info and advice you have given over the past few years has most likely helped a lot of people out there who otherwise might of ended up at dodgy clinics waiting to be the next repair story..

thanks matey hows yours coming along?

can't wait only a few weeks now until im in the chair again....the last year and a bit has flown by, i'm so looking forward to the next stage i'm counting the days)(_::

i will be having my next procedure with Dr Paul which will be cool as he's a fantastic surgeon imo like Dr Ron.

Its great that both doctors are so willing to do my surgery. I feel so honoured that i was given the choice by SMG between both doctors.

Personally i would be over the moon which ever one did it so In the end my decision came down to my own schedule and what worked best for me ;)

been messing around with a with a slide show making program the other day and made this hope you like it ;)

hey sparky, the plan is to bring down the hairline a bit and add density everywhere else. Also to move back towards the crown yeah to hide some of the old Norton plugs back there.;)

Hey Bn,sorry to hear that your surgery has been put back a month due to the Volcanic ash crisis.

However its reasurring to hear that SMG have been there for you during this difficult time and re scheduled you quickly.

(maybe they had a cancellation in their 6 month waiting list) just could not resist that one.;;D

Hi,

I was booked in with SMG this week, and have had to cancel due to the closed air space.

I must say Janna and Matt have been very understanding and at one point agreed the Dr Paul would work on a week-end to see me, as it turned out I could not even re-book my flight to make that date.

Janna has managed to get a date for me in May which I am very grateful. I had arrange 3 months off work. I sold my car, I quit my house and threw away most of my clothes ( Mall of america better be good ).

Im now living with my parents & gone back to work, but they are putting pressure on me to come back on my original date. I lost money on internal flights and Greyhound services that I had booked and who will not refund.

Absoulute pain in the neck however eased by the reaction of SMG. Makes me glad that I decided to go with these guys.

why have you taken 3 months off work, sold your car, quit your house and thrown away loads of clothes?

I was wondering the same thing Here2day. I've sent you a pm.

There are times when I'm astounded by the lengths in which patient will travel and skimp and save money to have hair restoration surgery. It really makes those of us in the industry strive to do the very best for every patient. I know the ht procedure takes a lot of trust in the doctor and staff and a lot of money so we don't take it for granted.

Hi Sparky,

I decided after reading patients records of new hair growth that I would probably be back to where I started hair wise 3 months after surgery. I am so worried that I might get found out.

My boss allowed me a 3 month sabbatical, so I moved out of my home that I rent and sold the car ( helped with the finance ). My plan was to fly to MSP have surgery in the 1st week, then travel in the USA for the remainder ( Ive got a cousin in San Diego ive not met he's only 4 ).

I agree it does sound excessive, but god I could do with the break.

Back with the parents and getting the train to work, I feel 18 again ;).

Cheers

Hi H2DH2M after everything you have gone through dude you must be feeling pretty gutted right now..;;D i feel pissed off for you.

On the brighter side, it will be well worth the wait in the long run mate, and like you said previously SMG have been superb in helping in this crisis.

had to chuckle at the feeling 18 again comment though..man i'd give anything to be 18 again)(_::
