I wonder if they would look better after a course of laser hair removal on just the grafts, although i think it might be easier to use electrolysis on just the transplanted hairs if you don't want to have anymore surgeries.

If you have over 1000 grafts that you want remove electrolysis alone will not be able to remove the grafts. I started with 900 or so grafts that I wanted to remove and in 3 sessions almost all the grafts were removed via FUE. As I have written Before I suggest you search for the user BOS333 from Hairlosshelp who did the exact the same reversal as me. When you have done reversal-sessions and have around 50 grafts (singles) or so left, then electrolysis could be suitable.
