Hey guys, I just recently find out this fourm and I will appricate to get your advice on my hair condition.
I'm almost 29 years old and my hair start reciding at the front since i was 23-24 years old, and now at the last years i notice on focus on my reciding hair and i cant ignore it.
I'm reading about hair transplant more than a year and now I think to do one because its really annoying me,and i think in my case the reciding will stop here ( i hope so ) because i see the condition of my close family and the gentics and since the reciding almost the same as before 3-4 years ago.

I want to do through HDC medical after all my research, because they look really professional and i saw all the standarts and job they do for clinets, what do you think about them ?
and how much follicle you think i need in my condition ?
Btw I want to do HT without using after medication.

Thank you very much wait for your advices :)

Your donor looks good so I’d assume there’s no problem getting enough grafts.
Your temples look to have receded slowly over the last 5 years. There is a possibility you’ll continue to lose hair so if you do go for a HT I would want the least grafts possible used to achieve the desired result.
Have you been quoted by HDC?

Thank you for the recommendation, I'm waiting for HDC response.
I think to do about 1600-2000 grafts

Around 1500 would be my guess providing you’re not lowering your hairline which I wouldn’t do as it looks appropriate where it is.

Deff go on meds first for 1 yr cos u could get good results from meds alone, also it would put u in a good postion if u wanted a hair transplant after

I though about it also and will consider this soultion.. even that i prefer to avoid meds because i afraid that if i will stop use them someone it will make my reciding to be much worse. Thanks anyway for the tip

I know how u feel with meds i think the same ,difficult one
If u dont do meds be prepared for more surgery in the future but u could be lucky and not need one
Good luck

When i was talking with representative of HDC he told me that if i will do the HT the density that will cover the reciding hair will be in average 50 follicles , and he told that the density in my middle head in the place that i got hair is like 80-90 follicles
So his conclusion is that if i will do the HT that its will not look the best
What do you think guys ? If i will do HT it will look good in short hair ?and long hair also?

I think it depends how short you want to go. You don´t see many if any very short hair transplants fully grown out because the density is normally different. I think their rep is being open with you, but it really depends on what you call short.

Normally u never get the density u want with one transplant always 2 transplants
Yes ur middle forelock is very thick
The reason people grow there hair after transplants is cos the transplants give a layer effect making it appear thicker
When short it loses it density and also tge transplants tend 2 stick upwards when shorter

I understand, but after the HT my hair will look better than it look today when it short right ? Or there is a chance that after HT my hair will look worse if he will be short
Here picture of my hair when it short:

4 awesome repairs with SMG
I disagree with Phil’s point….planning well, choosing a good clinic and having the correct number of grafts can produce an excellent result that will make you happy.

I think you will be fine with HDC… If you do not suffer more loss, then one pass could and should work.

The results they’re producing look good and they have a good track record. Your donor looks strong, I’ll guess you won’t have any issues being deemed a good candidate.

Hair transplant surgery is a very important decision to be taken and it has been non-reversible treatment. The permanent hair restoration solution will cover the scalp with sufficient hair density which is lesser than natural hair density. If you are expecting natural hair growth, then, it should be known that it would take 9-10 months to get the desired loss. Initially, after the surgery, hair fall will be witnessed, but, there’s nothing to be alarmed about as it is a natural process. On the other hand, it should be mentioned that whether the outcome of hair transplant procedure will be beneficial for you or not depends on the age, eligibility, suitability and the scope of hair loss.
If you are keen to know a detailed overview of hair transplant surgery and its recovery related information, then, visit DHI India, the top hair transplant clinic based in Delhi. Over the past decade, this clinic has helped countless patients in improving their quality of life with the help of hair transplant such as FUE, FUT or DHI (based on the consultation).
