Lighting and angles play a huge effect in how your hair looks especially in the crown. Don't judge what your hair looks like under bright spotlighting or similar other people won't.

Take some more photos in 3 months but there is nothing that should be done at the moment.

Most guys naturally thin out over time, if you're worried have some clinics look at your pictures. To me you look fine, although I'm no expert you may be right at the beginning of losing it.

I agree with Garageland it's not a good idea to take pictures under bright lights as it makes things look worse, for everyone whether people are balding or not dude. I still think your hair looks ok but if your concerned keep an eye on things, maybe have a consult with a reputable clinic for evaluation If your worried, just be careful you go to a reputable ethical clinic that's all pal.

I agree an in person consultation would be worthwhile to determine your situation. If you're not ready for that yet, take pics every few months under consistent lighting conditions. When comparing your pics from January with your most recent one, you can see the difference light conditions make, so be sure to always take pics in the same place at the same time of day.

Hi Sammy.

It`s hard to say if its beginning to thin. If its always looked like this, then no but if you could not see any scalp a few years ago , then yes.

If I were you, I would have a consult, get your hair checked for miniaturisation. If it is the beginning of hair loss you have a good chance of stopping it with the meds.

If it's always been like that, then you're probably ok.

I'd trust your hairdresser's judgement on this. She's obviously very familiar with your hair and if she feels it's not changed then you've got to assume it hasn't. Pics still look the same as back in 2014 to me.
