Difference between grafts and hairs (sheeding phase)

Hello
Today is 30 post my beard transplant op.

I was playing with my transplanted beard hair and few hairs was fallen on my hand

But many of them contains black dot at the end

Is that mean that those hairs will not growing again??

They look like the same graft at different angles. The kink in them may suggest they were squashed in the recipient area. What has your clinic advised?
