This İs Mert I am 47 years old man. Turkish citizen. I am working in banking sector for many years as senior Manager level. I have been started to lose hair last 10 years. It was a very slow lose therefore I didn't feel it instantly. Last a few years I felt that "yes I am loosing hair" but haven't done any action about it. My plan was to get my hair back before I lose surviving left hair top part of my head.
(actually I still have some hair.) My plan was to plant some hair to top of head among surviving hairs from back of my head . So in maximum one year, most people whom I haven't seen them for many years wouldn't
able to notice that I had hair plantation operation.

I started to search about which "Doctor" can help me about this hair plantation. At the end of it I made a short list of four clinics and visited all of them. As a result Özlem Biçer's explanations satisfied me best.
I really felt her experience, knowledge. I don't want to say others are not good but I really felt the difference.

As you know Turkey is very famous with hair plantation surgery. Every year thousands of people comes from all around the World. I personally think that men don't have much accessory but their hair.
So if you have one chanse to bring your hair back you should make it with correct place and team. In the future I knew that when I look at myself on the mirror and I won't be happy may be go on till
end of my life that if I choose wrong clinic.


Also "Özlem Biçer's team is perfect. As a Turkish people we are famous with our hospitality but there are really, really good at it. They are always ready to help you for your any need not only during operatıon
time but also before and after.

Finally what I want to say is if you really decided to have operatıon feel the privilege with Özlem Biçer and her wonderful team.

Looks like you will have good coverage and density from this. It looks like 3000 plus grafts used. I think you had diffuse thinning which responds to Finasteride. Do you use anything to stop the loss?

Actualy No. I only used better quality shampoos thats it indeed

I do not think shampoo will prevent more hair loss but that is your decision. Your healing is looking quick with few scabs left.

Finasteride and minoxidil are the proven treatments that work for most people.

There is a member on here, Parasol in the repair section. He stopped using Finasteride after his hair transplant and lost loads more hair and had to have another because of it.

Hello Mert and welcome to the forum. It’s not often we get Turkish citizens sharing their story, so thank you for doing so.
It does look as though you’ve had over 3000 grafts. Could you confirm the numbers? I think this will produce a great result for you. As Kevboy mentioned, preventing further loss is advisable but it’s an optional choice that you need to make. Maybe speak to Dr Bicer about it.
Your post-op healing looks right on course. You made a good choice in choosing Dr Bicer.
