The hairs are looking less coarse, they’re not standing out as much with a darker complexion. How does it look for yourself when checking in the mirror? It’s good that she uses the magnification. It really does make a big difference. What are you wanting a pair for?

It is looking a lot better Digi. I’m quite surprised how quickly the treatment is working. I think you chose wisely.
How many more sessions are planned?

I think it is because the follicles need to be in anagen phase, and they should all be in anagen phase now after they started growing, so basically then it is a headshot on the follicle. :D

The problem that otherwise can occur if you for example want to remove some chest hair with Electrolysis is that some hairs is in the resting phase and then you need many sessions to fully remove them.

I need maybe 3-4 sessions more atleast. I was told maybe 10 sessions from the start and we had 4 now. I think 8-10 will be needed for me to be happy and in the next transplant we can focus on additional density for the hairline and the upper temples.

I meant I wanted to buy it for her to use while doing this treatment for me if she did not have any loupes, but she did have them already. :)

A marked improvement, glad it is working out well.
Thanks for your encouraging words, its been quite a trip when I started to see the problems in the mirror and til now when I am starting to get more and more happy. :)

A bad result is very mentally draining, everyone who reads this thread, please choose your Dr wisely.

A headshot will hopefully eradicate them for good.
It all seems to be working and going to plan. You’ll be relieved when it’s complete and there’s a clear field for the next transplant.

After 4 treatments, "How to build temples with laser"

Unfortunaly I think more grafts will be killed than I anticipated. We are looking at somewhere around 200+ already and I think we might need to kill 100-200 more.. So it will probably be somewhere 300-400 totally wasted. :(

That is a real shame there is that many mis-placed multi units that are being wasted. Donor grafts are precious. I hope the clinic learn from this and put in place more training and the correct surgical protocols.

They do look like grafts that shed after a hair transplant. I did a bit of reading up on graft removal because your story has me captivated. You need the repeat visits to see if any zapped follicle bulbs survive. If some do you might have to go back in a few months.

This is true, the grafts need to be in anagen phase to die. If they are in telogen they will not die. I assume most of my grafts are in anagen right now so most will probably be a insta-kill.

The problem with beard hair or chest hair with electrolysis can be short anagen phase, while scalp hair have much longer anagen phase.

What you also do is each time you hit them with electrolysis, the more minituarized they get, which should mean softer hairs and softer temple points. Its been 2 months soon since I did my first one and I think a few have been growing back the rest doesnt seem to come back.

I am in no means expert on Electrolysis but so far it seems to work pretty good from where I started and I cannot see any noticeable scarring.

Viewing your progress pictures it looks like it is getting rid of the unwanted grafts. I like how crystal clear your pictures are, they show all the detail.

Tomorrow another session, we are getting to a stage in one of the temples it is starting to get difficult for the woman who is doing the treatment, we will try for me to make dots on the unwanted grafts.

It is very easy to see when you have so many but when it starts to get better it becomes quite more difficult.

It is looking much better now. Usually, temple points have 3-4 rows of singles before the 2 haired grafts are added. You may be ok with some of the twos`s that are further back. It may be worth while asking your repair doctor of choice what they think.

Yes I can keep some but I just clean up most because I hate the look so much in the lower temples. I will try to live with the thicker ones in the upper temples because they can get reused.

Yes, remove as many as you feel is required to provide a look you’re happy with. How is the hairline doing?

After today, 5th session. Also a comparison between after 1st session and after 5th session on one side.(That side has only been hit 4 times, the first round we only did the other side so really 1 session vs 4 sessions comparison.)

Note: Redness is only now directly after the treatment I had today, it fades in a day or two and in two weeks it is no redness at all. You could see it as a sunburn, it is pretty equivelant to that.

The woman who are doing the treatment deserves a medal. :D
