Electrolysis Removal After Bad Hair Transplant

The shape/design of the left temple is looking way better now. The right side is still looking straight.
What are thoughts about the repair so far?

It is going well but it takes a while.

I will do a more "v-shape" in the next session, bring the temples in a little bit at the top.

On the first photo, I might need to remove almost every single graft because they are so bad angled.

Session 9, we created more of a "v-shape" and continued to kill multis and bad angled grafts.

I guess many who sees this will think that what happens to the skin after all these sessions? Here you can see how it looks, honestly I cannot see any scarring. This is 2 days after the last session, almost all redness is gone aswell. For me if I would compare it to something it would be like a sunburn that goes down in a couple of days.

I would agree that I am blessed being a lower Norwood than many others at the same age.

If you look through the thread from the beginning I am sure you would see the purpose of me doing this.

This thread is to help others in a similiar situation looking for options. I know this happens to alot of people going to a cheap clinic, often in Turkey and get multis in the front rows of the hairline, which in the same case as me can use Electrolysis with the blend method to remove them.

I am not so sure but couple hundred. It is getting quite annoying, I already killed so many of them.

Indeed it is looking alot better.

I have severe pitting on my head from two terrible FUTs 22 years ago. I want to reverse what was done and sport a bald head, but the pits are noticeable in the light. Will electrolysis fix the pitting as well as destroying the hair follicles.

Just my 2 cents. I used to have the cobblestone appearance on my head when I tried shaving my head once, after multiple hair transplants. I immediately grew it back thinking I’ll never be able to shave it. But I tried it again a couple years later and the cobblestone appearance had dissipated. The recipient site looked fine. I believe yours will resolve on its own eventually.

So you are shaving your head now? Any idea what caused the cobblestone to dissapear?

I do. I got SMP. Here’s a pic. I like it. I think it went away on its own. Our skin can spend years in the remodeling phase. Everybody heals at a different rate.

Hey Loui, just wanted to ask after almost one year now, how did the electrolysis treatment hold? Did many hairs come back needing retreatment? What about any late scarring/pitting?

I'm about to undergo the same treatment, feeling a bit anxious
