European clinic - discounts on short notice sessions

Ages ago when i was researching, i came across a clinic - i'm sure it was one of the famous ones in belgium - where it clearly said on the website that they had short notice options available - whereby if there were cancellations or whatever, and you were availabnle at short notice, they would offer heavy discounts.
Now i simply cannot find the website at all - it was a reputable one i am sure of it, but just cannot find it - so annoying!
can anyone help?

Not sure which specific clinic you're talking about but it's not uncommon for a clinic to offer a discount if you're available at short notice. It's something we sometimes offer at Farjo if a patient cancels their procedure close to the date.

As Pete says, contact clinics you`re interested in and ask if they have any short notice slots available.
