Topcat,

I can see a difference from the month before where the hairs up front are starting to come in and overlap with other hairs giving you some coverage where before you had none. Thats great. Are you able to decerne how beard hairs are doing vs say chest hairs? Unfortunately my beard FUE healing issues will keep me from going that route again so I am interested in seeing if the chest hair thing has merit. Anyhow I am glad to see that you are getting improvements and only being 5 months out the next 4 months or so are when you are really going to see the biggest positive changes based on my experience.

Royroy thank you. At this point there are so many hairs coming in plus the previous procedure that has grown out that I really don €™t know which hairs are which at this point. I do know that most of the beard and body hair were place near the back and that area seems to be growing very well.

As far as the chest hairs are concerned for me personally that area seems to take a little longer to heal. I would say closer to 8 weeks before the slight discoloration disappeared. But as or right now that area is pristine along with the beard area.

Nice improvement, specially considering where you come from and the sources your Dr used to work with. This is just a revolution in hairtransplant the use of beard hair sucessfully.

It would be nice now with your experience and the experiences of some others to clarify how sucessful and reliable other body hair may be for hair transplant. At least now it seems clear that body hair is a good alternate to get out of the baldness when this is in the hands of a proper professional, as your Dr is.

Were most of the beard hairs extracted from below the yaw line or they were extracted from different areas. Is there any criteria to follow about the best area of the beard to work in. Im asking this because of the healing of the face.

And regarding the experience of Royroy, it would be really apreciated if he could update his case and show his opinion regarding the growth he had from beard hair and his healing, which seems to concern him.

Well, thanks a million for helping so much to people like me who now start to consider that beard and body hair could be useful to get out from hairloss.

Congratulations also to Dr Bisanga and his team because one case after the other shows to be one of the greatest.

Best regrowth to everybody.

Musclehair my beard hairs were extracted from an area approximately 2 sq inches around the chin . So far I have had 2 sessions for an approximate total of about 500 beard fue. The clinic €™s work speaks for itself.

So much stands out when this clinic comes to mind. What really appeals to me is not only that the doctor is very highly skilled and artistic but he is very humble. That is such an important trait to have and sadly it is often absent in the field of medicine. Just from my own life experience I have found doctors to be one of the most arrogant groups of individuals out there. This clinic in my opinion is just at another level. They are a class act regardless of the situation and each patient it treated with the utmost respect regardless of the circumstance.

I would suggest having a small test if you do decide to go forward with beard and body hair.

I also know how important these updates are for many of the forum members and that is why I continually post to this thread monthly. During my own research it was always important for me to see repair patients update their threads but often times they would just disappear which would make me wonder what had happened. Sometimes I would feel like I had narrowed it down to this or that clinic but then something would happen and I realized I still needed to research. I €™m sure that I €™m not alone in this regard and that others have had similar experiences. It €™s not easy that €™s for sure.

Although we have had an unusual amount of rain this spring here in Chicago we have had quite a few sunny days. At the moment since most of my work takes me outdoors it €™s nice to be able to take my shirt off and absorb some of that sunlight without the worry of having white dots all over my face and chest. The slow approach and small punches seems to allow the skin to heal very well without the use of some type of additional treatment.

I will update the donor areas separately sometime towards the end of July for others to evaluate.

I will be posting my 6 month update in about 1 week. But in the mean time and I know this doesn €™t matter to anyone but me but just that little bit of extra hair that has grown really makes a world of difference. I €™m not sure if others know what I am referring to but it makes my day so much easier. I would have to style my hair as a complete combover from left to right before and I barely got by with it. Now I can style my hair slightly forward and it makes the hairline look much softer. I still have a long way to go but wow the only way I can describe it is that it's a huge relief for me at this point.

Here is my picture at 6 months following my second procedure. The hair is coming in very nicely and making quite a difference for me this early in my repair. I must also repeat that my donor areas are flawless. I will post pictures of the beard and chest areas in a few weeks.

I have been doing plenty of work outdoors along with enjoying some leisure time in the sun and with my skin getting darker it is quite evident that I have zero white dotting. Being in the sun is a big deal for me as I have become extremely health conscious over the years. The sun raises testosterone levels, serotonin levels, and vitamin D levels and I can €™t imagine not being able to enjoy it.

Thanks HT. Well one of the positives of going through the HT experiences that I have had is that it opened my eyes to the field of medicine along with many other industries. I admit I laugh when I read posters write, well these guys didn €™t do their research. I agree that has been true in the past but no longer the case. But the reason I laugh is because 99% of the population does not do research when it comes to medicine. They believe health is simply following what their doctors says. Have their yearly tests and if the doctor deems it necessary, prescription medicine. How exactly is having a tube shoved up your ass promoting health. If you were doing all the right things that wouldn €™t be necessary but they don €™t want you to know that as they need the recurring income. So people continue to have all these tests which often times causes some of the damage. All one needs to do is look at all the people on SSRI €™s, statins, BP medication, ED medication. I have written about this before but the list is endless. These people have failed to do any research and they will pay a hefty price. In fact an even greater price then the guy that didn €™t do his HT research.

As I have written the progress so far this early has been fantastic. Just wanted to post a photo using some concealer and show exactly why all that extra hair matters. Anyone that uses a concealer knows the more hair you have the better it works.

Here is something most might not understand about me and my hair transplant experience over all these years. Even though I was taken advantage of by all those previous clinics as they were in a position of authority and superior knowledge many good things did come out of it.

As I have stated in the past I became more aware of not only how things work in the field of medicine but generally in the world itself. Because of my experience I have become very knowledgeable and conscious of my health and that has been a true blessing. I have as much energy and stamina when I wake up each and every day as I did when I was a teenager and this is as my 49[suP]th[/suP] birthday is quickly approaching. How much is that worth? Can one even put a price on it? It brings a tremendous amount of happiness into my life. But not only that, it has helped so many others that have come to know me. Sometimes you can €™t help believe things happen for a reason.

I have worked in the nite club industry for a good portion of my life. Having access to women was very easy working in that industry. Coupled with the fact that I developed those social skills when I was 13 and confidence with women was never a problem. Here €™s the point, because of my experience with these bad hair clinics my morals and values which were already strong at the time became only stronger. It was hard for me to understand why others would take advantage of someone and often times as we have seen on the forums destroy another €™s life for monetary gain. So instead of ending up with the good looking woman that also was a little wild which always attracted me. I ended up with the good looking woman that also had high morals and values. A woman that cares more about me than herself. Of course as I look around me and observe others in relationships and see their misery I count my blessings. I realize how much happiness this has also brought into my life.

So I have to ask myself would having a full head of hair but having extremely poor health along with being in a miserable relationship make me happier if I was offered the chance, the answer would be no.

Bad doctors and self serving clinics can make all the money in the world that they want but it doesn €™t bring someone happiness unbeknownst to them. In fact it does just the opposite as that greed can only bring like minded individuals into their life which usually ends up in unhappiness no matter how much money they make. We see it in the news day in and day out but sometimes we fail to understand the reasons behind it. Something else these same people fail to realize is that you are not taking all that useless crap those ill gotten funds provided you with when you die. When it €™s your time to go what is really important is what you did for others while you were here. Who did you help along the way and how will you be remembered? The relatives will fight over some of that useless crap and the rest get tossed into the garbage. The bad doctors will be remembered as that asshole who destroyed the lives of so many others because they were so greedy, quite an accomplishment. I €™m sure their parents would have been proud.

Making money is great and I don €™t mind working hard for it but for me it is simply not at the top of my list. I don €™t need loads of useless crap that all the big corporations are trying to convince me will bring happiness into my life. I €™m already happy and it has very little to do with money. In fact I go out of my way not to buy that crap as it just feeds into the system and makes me feel like a sucker just like those self serving clinics made me feel.

My hair issues began all because of one offhanded comment by a relative at an age when one is probably most venerable to feeling insecure. Too bad I didn €™t have the emotional security and confidence at that young age that I do now. But that is life and there is always something good that comes out of something bad. It €™s all about one €™s perception.

Anyone that thinks that I have ulterior motives doesn €™t know me well. Nothing makes me happier or makes me feel better than being able to help someone else. For someone to say I really appreciate what you told me or how you helped me because it has made a huge difference in my life makes my day.

And of course having all this extra hair that is now growing makes me happy. Plenty of posters here know what it €™s like trying to style just a few strands of hair to look presentable to the world. It can be a time consuming and frustrating ordeal on a daily basis. It really is a big relief for me.
