Levrais funny you should say that as when we met I was thinking I wish I could cut my hair like that when I saw you. My wife keeps telling how good it looks which is kind of odd as she has never commented much on my hair before. Would be great to be able to do the back the same with just hair on top but I have too many scars.

Sparky thanks for the comment.

My 3rd procedure 7 month update. I have cut the sides short and I do not have any visible white dotting on my scalp or on my face. All these pictures are without using concealer. I tried to take a close up of the temple region where I have some ridging from past procedures using robust grafts in the hairline. That work with the robust grafts was performed by a very shady operation here in Chicago, The Thomas/Elliott group. I point this out for 2 reasons it €™s the only thing at this point keeping me from combing my hair back away from the face so when you hear of robotic devices extracting robust grafts, robust in this context is not a good thing in my opinion.

I really like shaving my sides very close to the scalp now in fact it has grown out somewhat in these pictures. Taking more fue €™s from the sides I think might very well be a viable option but I will see how things go and just take it one step at a time.

On a side note something happened that I thought was worth mentioning. A very well established trainer here in Chicago asked my about Acupuncture for a pulled muscle in his back as he told me he really respects my opinion. Well of course I prefer Eastern medicine over Western medicine as it works with the body €™s own healing ability and not against it with slash, burn, and poison. The conversation gave me the opportunity to ask him about all his tattoos which most of the MMA guys have. I asked him if he was worried about the ink building up in his lymph nodes and I was shocked that he knew what I was talking about. He laughed it off a bit but did tell me he had a lymph node removed from his groin but that it was due to repetitive power cleans which is a lift that sometimes performed with the bar resting in that area. I think the tattooing would really be an easy answer to not having to use concealer but the risk I believe is there and I certainly do not need more issues to deal with, just my opinion.

Topcat, with the sides shaved, your hair looks quite full on top. Its not that I didn't think you would get this far, but its very nice to see. Since I have been following your case for so long and have met you in person, I am extremely happy to see this coming on so well.

As for the tattoos, Im not sure about for the scalp but tattoos in general can be done with organic pigments which hopefully are less stressful on the lymph system. I hope this is right because I love tattoos and hope to get more someday.

Topcat, I just showed my girlfriend your pics and she thought they look completely normal. She said that without having seen your before pics. Then i scrolled up to show her those. Man you've come a long way.

Hi Leverais thank you for the comments.

The head tattoo would seem like a simple solution to dump the concealer. I guess we will see what happens in a few years not so much with health issues but what it ends up looking like. Where I live in the city everyone young person seems to have tattoos and not just one or two but extensive sleeve and back work. So when I do see it I think to myself that is a very large amount of ink but I guess that is just the way I think not so much a criticism of the tattoo itself.

Maybe I €™m a little over the top with the health issues but I think some of my experience in the past with HT doctors have caused me to take whatever precautions necessary to stay away from doctors in general and I have done okay so far having not been to a doctor in about 25 years and that is not an exaggeration. What I do I suppose might be strange to most as I don €™t use a cell phone, microwave oven, eat processed foods, etc. I can remember having trays of wheatgrass being delivered to my place of employment years ago which was a night club. The people there thought I was completely insane as they all did the opposite heavy drinking and smoking but we all always got along great and even though they all laughed at me I knew I was doing the right thing. I bump into some of those people every now and then some 20 years later and after seeing them I know I made the right choice €¦ €¦ €¦..lol €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦

I see things very different for some reason. When I see someone like Angela Jolie I think why not remove the phthalates you are putting into our body from all that make up, drop the smoking and drinking, get some sun on that pale skin and start producing vitamin D, laser off the tattoos, eat a nutrient dense diet, lose the bra and let the lymph fluid flow €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦much better decision than amputating the breasts. I think she is another perfect example of a celebrity who has a very limited amount of information but many will follow.

Thanks again.

Here is my 8 month update after my 3 procedure. All the procedures have been relatively small in size and using a high percentage of beard and body hair. I normally use concealer but the picture below is with no concealer at all. The first one I have taken which is close to my normal hair style as opposed to the ones posted showing it straight back in previous postings.

Taking into account where I started from the progress so far has been excellent.

I have heard from many in the industry that if they looked they could find white dotting. Even with having spent quite a deal of time outside in the sun with a tan only accentuating any scarring I say you would be very hard pressed unless you were using some type of magnification which is not the normal way a person would be observed. I also believe in my case the hair blends in very well.

Hi SADbutTRUE in my opinion it looks really good and it's a huge difference from where I have started. I took these pictures yesterday. It't grown out a little and I shave it down to a zero guard and then taper slightly up to a 1 guard on the sides.

It's looking so much better TC, the shaved sides and a bit concealer on top works very well.
Nice clear pictures too, thanks for the update and I'll look forward to seeing more.

Cheers Bm.

Thanks BM. Yes I really like the sides almost shaved down so maybe I can have more scalp fue harvested as this look really works well for me and very easy to style and get on with my day. Which is all I am really looking to do get on with my day and what is important to me not getting into the ht industry as maybe some might think. Not that I haven't had any ideas that I believe could improve this industry but I have passed them on to others or posted them to the forums. I have even let those in the past that I thought would make really good reps know that they should consider getting into this industry. I can say this because I'm always honest and everyone should know that.

Many might think this industry is my passion but it's not. My real passion is health and fitness and I believe I have some incredibly great ideas which I have been working on for a very long time. Looking normal of course boosts my confidence and it helps move in the direction I would like to be heading.

Part of my philosophy is helping others as best I can and I will continue to do so.

Thanks Levrais, I have also dropped about 30 lbs of flab along the way with another 10 or so to go, which would be about 25% of my bodyweight. Although I have always taken good care of myself the ht progress has motivated me to take it to the next level.
