Hi TC
I have to agree when I had my 1st HT I was on a good protein diet and training plan and I did notice on the 2nd HT the training was still in play but not the diet as much , I have to say I felt that my growth was very steady with the 1st HT but the 2nd was a bit more slow even though it was in the crown area , anyway I just wanted to say its great to here your going back in early September for another procedure I guess your going to take it as far as you can , all the very best and i will be watching out for the updates as always have a great night

Cheers

Thanks Dazz, yes I would like to take it as far as possible where ever that happens to be. What I did learn is that by shaving the sides of my head this summer I can probably use more scalp hair without it being too much of an issue as having no hair there at all worked very well for me. Diving into the pool a few weeks back was also helpful as I realize the most important area for me to concentrate on would be the center of the head about 4 cm wide from front to back at it would allow me to just let my hair fall forward at least it seems to make perfect sense and the picture I took right after that dive gives it some credence.

SL what is really good about eggs is that for about $3.00 you get about 1200 high quality calories and the eggs in Brussels are exceptional. Not sure why but the yolks are deep golden orange comparable to farm purchased eggs here in the States. Of course I mix that with my proprietary plant extract mix which makes all the difference ;)

If anyone is interested in a very good movie Google €œBurzynski movie €. You will learn how information systems work and knowing how systems work will help you in your own HT research.

I have followed this doctor off and on for about 30 years. I first read about him in a Life Extension Foundation publication in the early 80 €™s. He has an extremely high cure rate with many cancers. It has a very deep meaning and that meaning is that we all need to be honest and sometimes in the end honesty and doing good eventually wins out regardless of how many people try to squash you. Those testimonials are real and that man made a difference.

If you have ever lost someone to cancer you will might come to believe that you were not given the best chance because the system was working against you instead of for you.

Great pictures as usual TC, the hair is looking good with the military type cut.
That last picture with wet hair really shows how far you have come since starting out on your repair with Bhr, great stuff and I'm very pleased for you.
Thanks for keeping us updated.
All the best my friend.

Hey BM thank you for the comments.

It took me a very, very long time researching and it was not easy for me get started even with that research. The forums and many people helped me along the way and that I don €™t forget. This forum especially gave me the kick in the ass that I needed and that is my way of praise as I needed it to move forward.

Not to ramble on here but can you imagine diving into a pool again €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦lol €¦ €¦ €¦..

That diving into a pool was part of a vacation I have been promising my wife to take for the last 15 years to visit her family in Europe. I could have never made that trip without this improvement, it just would not have been possible. Of course there is much more to this story as everything that happens has an effect on everything else but I will just leave it there.

Just got back from my procedure with BHR 4 hours ago and relaxing at the hotel. Had a total of 460 grafts placed and although that might not sound like a lot when the yield is exceptional and the grafts are placed just right sometimes that is all that matters.

The numbers came out to be 310 scalp and 150 beard hair in total. I think 12 months from now because of where the grafts were placed down the center channel of the top of the head the improvement will be the most dramatic to date.

I tend to use visualization a lot and when I can see something in my head or do it in my head I know it €™s going to happen. I can clearly see the end result with this last procedure so let €™s see how it plays out. As always the staff was very personable and the procedure was a piece of cake.

For many going all the way to Brussels might seem like overkill but I know when I €™m sitting on that lobby couch I €™m in excellent hands and there is not a thing for me to worry about which of course is what matters to me the most. In fact I €™m more worried about getting off at the right train stop than my procedure. I don €™t often give that much thought but sometimes when I read these forums and see a post or listen to others it becomes a realization for me that €™s good to be reminded of.

I will update as usual most especially this first week as many seem to be interested in when they can get back to normal so seeing the healing process on a daily basis for the first week or so can be useful information.

Basically the only medication I need to take at this point would be the 3 anti-biotic pills that were given to me by the clinic. When I get back home I will get back on my regular anti-biotic which is a long rope of garlic hanging from the refrigerator along with a pro-biotic to re-colonize the gut bacteria.

Topcat, what are you eating before and after your HT? Any specific food you recommend?

Hi Iniesta

I can give you my opinion which I €™m sure would make many doctors cringe. But it based on my own experiences over many years and extensive research. Research is not hard because the information is readily available if one chooses to look for it and is willing to spend the time reading and figuring out what is truth and what is bullshit. This is not something I just started a few years ago but has been ongoing for about 35 years now and that is not an exaggeration. If I only had had a book on hair transplantation way back when that was straight talk ......oh well.

Of course we can €™t limit the body €™s ability to heal to any one habit or food. But what I would say is that you need to have plenty of stored vitamin D in your body to aid in wound healing and the best way to achieve that would to have it there before you need a wound healed. The best way to achieve this is to spend plenty of time outdoors in the sun and fresh air with no sunscreen. Midday if possible when the UVB rays are the strongest. The body stores vitamin D so this is why you can do it beforehand.

As for foods raw cholesterol in the form of raw eggs in my opinion heals the body quicker. An alternative would be lightly cooked beef liver. You also need to have plenty of cholesterol in the body to make adequate amounts of vitamin D.

Here is the thing though if you are eating a diet that is causing a great deal of inflammation in the body than eating cholesterol is not going to help you in fact it might even harm you. You know too many processed foods or anything with vegetable oils which are very high in omega 6 fats and pretty much always rancid and loaded with free radicals as it is a very unstable fat.

Many people think that by putting creams on their face the skin will heal faster but in my opinion it works from the inside out and not the outside in. You can consume something like pork which actually percentage wise is mostly monounsaturated fat along with the saturated fat and you can feel the difference in the texture of your skin the next day it is that noticeable.

Like I have written these are just my opinions. I gauge what I do by looking at others who are my age which will be 51 in a few weeks and that is all I need to know. ;)
