Major difference from before any surgery. The extra grafts have got you a good result.

Looking good at 10 months. The second surgery has added the density with the area looking a lot more dense now.
People looking at you and wondering what’s different, you should carry a before picture to show them. Still a couple of months to go but overall, I think you’ve achieved what you set out to.

I’ve got to be honest, the video does not sit well with me. Your end result is good, and Dr A has looked after you with the free top up. I know the clinic was honest and stated there were two operations in the video, but the video does not document the results after the first HT, which were relatively poor, so a perspective patient who sees this video, without reading this thread, will not be aware of the journey you went through and some of the disappointment that you seemed to experience after poor growth in your first HT (that was mentioned in your posts).
For transparency, I believe the video should show pictures after both surgeries. Many clinics on this forum and others do that.

Glad you`re happy now after the second surgery. Your hair looks good. Maybe you can mention Edsams comments about adding some information to the video that shows both procedures.
