FUE Hair Transplant Turkey advice

Hi all

New to these forums and have been watching but now i've finally got the courage to post.

Im a 35 year old bloke whos been going bald since i was 16, I would class myself now as a 4 on the Norwood scale.

I had a FUT hair transplant went i was 21 in the uk and think i was pretty much a success.

for the last probably now 10 years i've been hiding my balding with various things including karitin fibres, but now i think im ready to do something about it so i've been looking into getting another HT and have been looking into turkey.

I've found a place who seem to be good and recommended a Dr whos done alot, ive googled the hospital, clinic and dr seem good however i wanted to ask on here to see if anyone has any first hand experience here, as it always good to get that.

If anyone has any advice experience with these please could you give me a shout, I'm new to the FUE experience as i've only had FUT, I'm really self concious about my balding and have been hiding it for years, does anyone know if i can get away with just shaving my donor area? As i really dont want to shave my head.

I would really like some advice if anyone has any, if no one knows this clinic/Dr etc what do people think of the reviews on whatclinic?

This clinic has plenty of reviews on there but you never know how genuine they are?

Anyone can write a review on those sites, they mean zero. They seem to have a lot of reviews on there, all positive but none of these reviewers are posting their results on the Hair loss forums.There are other clinics in Turkey who have posted plenty of results and have lots of patients sharing their stories on the forums. Maybe check into those.

Hi guys, my hair transplant is booked for next Tuesday the 29th September with Dr. Acar of Cosmedica in Istanbul. Just looking for advice from people who have already been here if possible.

1. When I get to Istanbul airport am I right in saying I should go direct to there transfers office and they will arrange transport to hotel?

2. What like is the hotel they put you up in?

3. Should I have my hair cut short before I go?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks. The clinic has been a bit vague in emails so far!
