Hey Vik, how are you getting on with the minox? Any sides/skin aging?

Hi LSK, my first month on minoxidil, was 12 years old before i started now i aged to 29 in one month😂😂 nah no sides nor aging, i think it is helping, trying to grow my hair out a bit, will post some pics in 2-4 weeks.
How's yours going?

That's good, then. Do you use it at night? I want to try it but I'm anxious about the skin aging.

I have just crossed the 12 week mark. I have lots of random growth, nothing worth getting too excited about. You know how it is.

How you feeling about your progress at this stage 7 months Post op , you covered quite a bit of area with the grafts as well the last pictures shows a big difference from were you started , I get it trying to grow your hair out a bit longer I done the same anyway hopefully more to come for you in the next few months all the best mate keep positive always

Hi Vik thanks for the update! Doesn't look so bad at 7 months looks good I think! What's your opinion? I'm just under 5 months now getting there but still not very dense! Like my natural hair. Question, did you notice new hairs growing after 5 months also what was your best months to grow? All the best man

Morning dude, well to be honest with you i kinda stopped tracking my progress two or so months ago.I think the most growth so far happened between month 6 and 7. I am kinda happy but obviously want more, whether it is feasible or not is completely different question.Just going to have to wait and see.Hope everything is going well for you

Thanks for your support Daz.I will grow it for one more month (i think it been 2 months now) and then will get a trim.Compared to where i started and now it's two different worlds to be honest, however it's inate for people to want more

Their is nothing wrong wanting more hair mate I know that from my own experience , I would suggest you wait to see how it turns out after the 12-15 month Mark and then see what you think , you can always get your donor checked for graft availability and see what you decide from their , all in all mate your doing good and doing the right things just keep in mind your Donor is even more precious now so the right decisions have to be made .

Every case is different and I would be positive in your shoes you have come along way and that donor looks pretty good in the last pictures , myself not been an expert I would just get some good advice if your going for another HT as stated before your Donor is precious now and if you do another surgery its got to be right , dont like dropping names but I would certainly have a chat or private PM with one of the below members have a great day

Hi Dazz,I am very positive to be honest, happy also. So far so good, i think my right side is growing quicker than the left one.. Lets see what this month brings us.I might do one more just to top up my crown and my fron a little bit. I still have about 5-6 months of growth to look forward to, i also started using minoxidil.Thanks for your support and advice

Looks like your donor area has recovered nicely.

Would you go to Cosmedica again if you do decide to get another HT?

Probably i would go to someone who is more qualified. It would have to be a small procedure just to top up my front and maybe a bit at the crown, no more than 1000-1500 grafts
