3 months post op is really too early to notice growth. You may be able to feel some stubbles but they don't normally show up in pics or by looking with the naked eye.
You'll feel more stubbles at the end of next month and will be able to see some growth. The big change should come between 6-7 months. Best wishes!

It's like my previous transplant the third month was not a significant difference can be seen in the pictures, and in the fourth month already see a difference you can see in the pictures.
