As you may have all noticed form all my previous posted photos, I covered the front on my first FUE surgery and now I have already proceeded with my 2nd FUE to cover the crown. This was finished on the 2nd of February.

We have placed 2700 grafts on the crown and taking the surgery opportunity we have placed 250 grafts to enhance the hairline.

I am very happy that I managed to complete the covering of my baldness and I am now anxiously expecting the results of my Second hair transplantation.

Please see the photos below of my 2nd surgery to the crown.

Hi Guys, I am now 1 year after my Surgery. I am posting some intermediary and final result photos.

I would like to inform you that I did not use any medication before or after my Hair transplantation. To be precise, I tried Minoxidil but had some slight side effect in giving me a headache, so I stopped. I just did 3 IPRF sessions. 1 every month starting 1 month after the surgery date.

Below I am posting the continuation of my previous post, The result on the 4th and 5th month as well as the final one. I also include the before and post op, thus giving you a more complete view of my case

Your hairline is looking great. You must be very happy with the outcome.
Do you think it was the alcohol content in the minoxidil giving you headaches?

It was difficult to see that you required a small touch up in your hairline. 250 grafts isn’t that many.
I think your crown will look good once these 2700 grafts grow out. Once it’s grown out you’ll have a great head of hair.
Thanks for the update.
All the best.

I am now 12 days after my 2nd FUE. I have taken some photos showing the front and top area of my hair, including the enhancement of the hairline. I have also taken a photo of how my crown looks at this stage. I am sharing these photos with you.

I would like to note that the area is now clean of scabs, and I hope the result will be like this when it grows.

I would also like to share an educational video from our website with you.

How should your transplant look the first 10 days after your surgery.

My aim is that through my experience to help other Hair transplant Patients to acquire knowledge about what to expect.

Everything looks to be healing well. Once this second HT grows in you’ll have the appearance of a full head of hair. Thanks for the update and the educational video.

The result from your first surgery is excellent. I really like how natural your hairline looks. This second surgery should also produce a good result for you. Those 2500 grafts will work wonders in your crown. The work looks nice and refined as usual from HDC.
Thanks for updating.
Heal and grow well.

It has been now 13 months after my 2nd FUE hair Transplant with HDC Hair Clinic.

I have completed my hair transplant journey and I can now present the results of my 2nd FUE.

Just to give some more accurate numbers:

FUE1 on 25-01-21 was for 2660 grafts to the front.

FUE2 on 01-02-22 was for 340 grafts to front and 2700 the crown.

So, the total number is 3000 grafts to the front and 2700 to the crown Giving a total for both areas of 5700 grafts, extracted from my donor in 2 surgeries.

I am very satisfied with the result, and you can see it below with comparable photos.

I am also very satisfied with the management of my donor area after removing 5700 grafts and you can also see below a comparable photo.

Be reminded that I am a technician at HDC Hair Clinic and whoever of you will decide to have FUE hair transplant surgery with us, will see my result live.

Additionally, I will be happy to work on your case.

Very nice result. Looks fully natural, congratulations!

An important question - how did you manage technically to sleep after your second HT - since you did both the hairline and the crown? What were the instructions by the surgeon?

And also, did you notice perhaps that the crown grew slower than the frontal part or that the survival rate is lower?

Were you given an estimation as to how many grafts do you have left for a touch-up in the future, if any?

We tell our paitents to align the bed 45 degree without touching the scalp, I myself had a crown procedure at the clinic.

Yes, transplanted hair over the crown takes more time to render and grow since the lower blood pressure.
