Hair Transplant Questions (Dr Gur / Dr Yaman)

Hey guys. I just had a few questions about a hair transplant that I plan on getting within the next few months. I am 39 years old, and starting losing hair @ age 30. Not on any medications, due to the side effects. But, open to topical meds. I *think* that I've narrowed down my search to Dr. Yaman and Dr. Gur in Istanbul, based on what I'm looking for, cost, etc. Dr. Gur's office hasn't responded yet, they said it could take up to a week for the assessment.

I have been told that I am a Norwood 6, so I don't expect a crown that is completely dense, however, I've read that Yaman is good for high Norwood's, and covering large areas. I would like to have 'some' hair there, and I can use hair fibers to cover up the rest, or consider a second surgery in the future. So, my questions are ...

Dr. Yaman has quoted me 4000-4500 grafts for $3250. He does the incisions, which is great, but he doesn't do the extractions. An "extractionist" does this - do you think that's a problem? It's also typically done with a micro motor, but there's also manual option. What's the big difference between motor and manual?

The manual would be over two days, and would be 2500 grafts each day = 5000 total for $5000 USD. Is this too many grafts, or will my donor area be okay? As well, it's much more expensive then the motor version, so is it worth it, and why?

Implantation is then done with a DHI implanter. I read something somewhere about it being a "Hybrid DHI", but I'm not sure what that means.
Current pictures attached - I wear a hairpiece at the moment, so it's a bit shaved down. Any feedback is appreciated, thanks in advance!

His using techs to do extraction was my main reservation about going to him. I've seen a couple of bad donor results at hair restoration network.

From those two imo dr gur is better..he will not do too many grafts like dr yaman ..he is conservative which is important for high grade of baldness ...you can go with his premium package where he will do all the extraction and incisions himself ...and i feel two phase approach is safe ..go for around 3500 grafts in first session which will frame your face well and than after 10-12 months you can go for 2nd session for crown...plus imo dr gur's hairline work is also better thn yaman so going with him for your frontal work would be better...thts just my opinion and you can do your own research my friend...
