So you went all the way to New York not knowing what operation you were getting? Did you know there was both types available?

Yeah after my poor surgery in the uk I got in touch with spex who said all uk clinics were bad at the time and to go with dr feller
No didn't know how even surgery was performed

The pics u see have I was told were 3200 grafts
Reckon I would like the lot removed
I've been to see dr ball really nice guy
He said best option would be 2 shave down and have smp
I understand what hes saying as it would be cheapest option for me but
But I would just like to have options iof hair styling ie shaved down sometimes and maybe grow when I want

Getting that amount of grafts removed is a huge job which I doubt any HT clinic would offer to do.
How many approximately would you say are angled incorrectly?
Maybe taking the worst ones out and having more placed in those areas would work.

Also dont help that I've thinned more around the transplanted area
Also crown started 2 thin
What would be best option to start with
Go on meds to keep what I have and maybe thicken up if so what meds as I just want 2 go on the best one without switching 2 other meds
In meantime save up and wait to get transplants sorted out
I just want some sort of plan

I`ve been on Finasteride since 2005. Without a doubt, it has stopped or really slowed down my hair loss to a snail's pace. If it works for people, crowns are a very good responder.
Have you tried styling your hair differently? Maybe have all your hair styled upwards or the messy look which is quite popular. Maybe not what you want but it may be the best option right now until you`re in a position to maybe have another hair transplant.

Propecia or proscar just wanna stay on the one make

I started on Proscar back in 2005 but changed to Finasteride as it was easier to purchase.
Propecia is more expensive, between the two I would opt for Proscar.
I hope the different styles work for you.

Yes, it should be ok ordering today. The dosage is up to you. 1mg is the recommended dosage but lots of people take higher or lower amounts.
