I was thinking of going to HDC.
Who done your procedure at HDC ?
I've seen that they've changed their Doctor from Dr Michalis to Dr Maras for some reason?
Is everything growing nicely and going to plan mate?

Yes I went to HDC its early days thats all i can say, i have some hairs coming through at this stage am positive and i think its going to plan , have you done your research dont rush take your time, i spent about 6 months and to be honest i should have waited longer, as I would have probably went another route, I love the results that HDC were achieving, but as you say they did change the Doctor but Dr Maras also worked their as well, look at the other Clinics on here my Friend, look at my postings at differnt Clinics and look at other poeples postings as well, this is for life take your time please, you have to do the research , can Meds help you get advice ask questions

Hi

Firstly I went to HDC because of the results they were acheiving, they are not A cheap Clinic and prices can be found on their website, as for another route I was always in 2 minds either to get Strip or FUE, looking back i think i would have just done the strip as i know the graft count would have been over 4000 and it would have been 1 procedure, I was scheduled to get the combo Strip/fue as we thought it would not be possible to get the 4000 by Strip alone or FUE

I was always changing my mind, I had not made any contacts with patients at all who had been their and had a procedure , if you check on this site their are a lot of members who have gone to Clinics Because of results and word of mouth from other members, this is called doing your research and not to rush , ask me in few months if i would reccommend HDC lets see how the result comes, at present i have no complaints at all with HDC

I should have researched more , I was coming on this site for months but never joined till after the HT , I did not even know about medication for HAIR LOSS a few months ago, it just got to the stage wearing a hat all the time and still am

I only posted the updates on the 27th April so i was going to wait till the 27th May for next udate, has their been a change since then, I would have to say yes more hairs coming through a definitive shadow is coming on the frontal 3rd but some small patch areas, it takes time and am positive so far, what you planning on getting done dont rush it are you on the meds

Hi Dazzster,

I've been on meds for the last couple of months and i'm scheduled for a procedure with HDC, hence all the questions and concern with growth. I've seen you've also been following Jo.B's posts. I know it's still early days but he seems to be a slow grower or has poor growth. I've got limited donor so cant afford to waste FU's on poor growth! You seem to be growing well so fingers crossed I get the same outcome.
Looking forward to following your posts and up and coming growth.

As you are going to HDC I took a couple of pictures this morning just to show you were I am at the 14 week , is this good growth no idea , am I positive yes you have to be when are you going to HDC ? , ok will keep you posted , as stated before dont rush see the results do the research, you have even said that you have limited Donar Area, hope my post is been helpful

Thanks for the pictures Dazzster, they've given me great reassurance mate. By the looks of things your gonna be fine and got some decent growth already, you've got nothing to worry about there!! I done loads of research before booking with HDC but started to have second thoughts after see Jo.B's case, bit harsh really because it's only one result and it hasn't even matured yet, but just want a decent result. I'm booked for next Wednesday and Thursday with HDC, I'll keep you posted mate. Thanks again for the pic's and happy growing!
