Hi All
Thanks again for all the positive comments and been part of my journey and my life , A freind of mine passed away 49 years old thats why i find it hard to put down anything as yet or pictures of the 2nd Procedure as I am ;ss;will update soon

Hi All
Thank you all so much for your support its really appreciated , it was the intial shock that blew me away especialy with just been back from Cyprus and keeping a low profile i had not even ventured outside the doors , lifes to short and i have learned so much these last 12 months , especially on here and thats if you have something you dont like and you can fix it then get it sorted out .

thanks for your comments as always , their is a new Topic i started 1203 FUE Grafts Crown HDC as i wanted to keep the crown separated , hope all going well with you when you coming over looking forward to hearing from you take care i care

Well took some pictures outside am 9 months post op now and my expectations of HDC have been met and beyond all pictures taken with hair combed back and dry , I just did not expect this , life has certainly taking on a new meaning for myself and I have to say my family as I am so happy , am still training hard and dedicated as well , myself and wife will be heading to Memphis on Monday can you guys believe it WOW I have to pinch myself were going to Graceland I doubt we would have gone 9 months ago , it might not mean much to some people but I have wanted to go for years all I can say is thank you to all for the support out their and I will be entirely gratefull words cannot express how I feel , I had to go to a meeting last night as I am involved with a local football club this old gentlemen came in and said to me you lucky sod with that hair, now thats the first and he does not know I have had a HT as I was always under the hat , I wish everyone great recovery and growth
Daily: 1mg Finasteride
Daily: Minoxidil
Daily: Vitamins B, C, D, E and Zinc
Nizoral Shampoo 2 times a week and Head and shoulders any other time
