That sounds like a good plan to do exactly as you did before but in the end your physiology is such that this works for you. And of course staying busy and not over thinking it is a big plus too. I can't remember if I told you but I'm booked for October for some crown work. By then we will be seeing your results. Have a good day as well mate.

Dazzster, good to hear everything is going well and HDC does very good work. Nice job on the full face photo and the updates.

Personally I don't think using the cross trainer is a problem............if that is what I think it is, some type of aerobic training device. I think the bigger issue is building up pressure in the head when one performs that valsalva maneuver where the breath is held for a moment under greater exertions. But that is just my opinion. I can do sprints 10 days later I just don't do really heavy squats, deadlifts, etc. Some will say do as little as possible but I think it's better to keep the body moving.............helps with the lymph system which in my opinion can help with healing. I do a lot of walking the day right after the procedure. But hey I'm not a doctor............lol.............

Hi All

Well its coming up to 1 month since my 3rd HT and this is been the first day when I have been on the bridge without a Base ball cap as a few new people onboard , anyway their was still some redness in the temples but 90 percent of the grafts have shed Yippee , I am just putting a touch of concealer on the temples to cover the redness and it looks ok , I have taken some pictures best I can and will update at the 2 month mark , really glad I am on the ship as were really busy and I like that , wishing everyone great recovery and growth

Daily: 1mg Finasteride
Daily: Rogaine Foam
Diet: Plenty of protein
Cheers

Daz

This looks really good , very nice work from HDC, I like the design the have done on the temples, makes for a very youthful line when filled in like this.

You should have an awesome result from this one, please share the photos with us as the hair starts coming through in the following months.

Looking great Dazzster, the redness will be lingering a bit as you had a good amount of grafts in the hairline area.
No more baseball cap now unless it's raining.

Did you find you had more swelling than usual with the grafts being in the temples and hairline dude?

Hi BN
I have to be honest their was a lot of swelling and I was sore around the temples/sides for awhile mate, that was the reason I postponed coming back here a few more days and cancelling some other stuff I did not want to go out , another 3-4 weeks and I will start growing the sideburns lol , I think everyone was glad to see them go apart from me
Have a great weekend mate and thanks for asking I will see if I can find the USB some pictures on of the swelling

cheers
