It appears they have no hair transplant doctor. I’d guess it’s a tech clinic.
I see they tell a big untruth about no scarring on their site which is enough for me to say keep researching other options.
What has attracted you to this place? I see they have some Z listers that are used for promotion. I remember a clinic in the UK that sent patients to Turkey for surgery, then passed the work off as done at their clinic in the UK. Thankfully, the clinic was closed down.

I had just seen some of the z listers you mentioned. I’ve not tried any hair loss prevention I always thought if you’re going to loose then you can’t stop it. My hair loss is not major but it is getting very noticeable now

Prevention could be your best option. Maybe you may recover some lost ground in the process. You may continue to lose more, you may stay as you are.
