Is my new hairline acceptable?

Hi Guys,

I'm 4 days post-op of a FUT procedure of 2,800 grafts.

After looking at pictures I can't help but notice that my new hairline is higher on the right side of my face than the left.

Just wanted to get opinions on this? Don't know if this was done intentionally to avoid an un-natural hairline or because of factors such as the shape of my head.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

it does look higher slightly on the one side,
but looks decent where did u have it done?

was your original hairline slightly off ?, and do u have any before pics?

It does seem slightly off but I wouldn't worry about it. There is usually some lingering swelling at day 4 and 5 which might be contributing to the uneven appearance. Also, for the first couple weeks the scabs and skin discoloration make a distinct line so any unevenness would be much more noticeable. Once the color returns to normal and the hair grows out it will not be as noticeable.

It does look higher slightly, as Levrais has said once it settles down it may look totally natural.

Some before pictures would be good if you have them.

Have you asked your clinics opinion on your hairline.

I think Levrais could be right here , am sure you would have noticed it straight after the procedure if it did not look right, I had the swelling for a few days hopefully it will settle down as stated, if you dont mind me asking which clinic did you go for your Procedure before pictures would be great as well

It would be great to see some before pictures but it definitely could be down to swelling as the guys say. Try not to dwell on it dude.When it grows in you will see more if it looks natural.

Thanks for all your replies guys! I have spoke with my clinic and they have told me that the hair line was plotted out according to the symmetry of my face. They went on to say that this will appear less 'wonky' once the scabs have fallen off and the skin tone has returned to normal.
