How will you compare the work of Ray Konior vs Victor Hasson vs Jerry Wong?
Ray Konior costs twice H&W - is this 100% markup justified or worth it?
At H&W, how does one decide between Victor Hasson or Jerry Wong? Is one better than the other in certain types of procedures?

All three produce very good work. Choosing between doctors is usually based on the results and patient feedback you see. Cost can come into play if you feel all are near enough equal and you want to go for the most cost effective.
