Hair transplant clinic used by Celtic star Leigh Griffiths closes amid furious customer backlash.
Clients paid in advance for treatment but were left tearing their hair out after the transplant centre shut its doors.


A hair transplant clinic used by top footballers has closed after dozens of customer complaints.
KSL Hair boasted of visits by Celtic ace Leigh Griffiths and former Hibs and Parkhead striker Anthony Stokes.
Boss Simon Lindsay starred in marketing campaigns for the Glasgow clinic, showing off the £7000 hair treatments.
The company website says operations in Scotland have €œclosed permanently € and Lindsay no longer has any links to the business.

His treatment was due to start next month. Paul said: €œWhen I saw the website statement I was furious. The finance company paid for the treatment and I €™m now paying that off. It €™s a nightmare. €


Disgruntled customers set up a Facebook page €“ KSL Hair The Truth €“ last year. They said: €œWe are going to continue to push for refunds and compensation for all affected. €
No one was available for comment at KSL €™s other clinics but the website said: €œAs of March 13, all KSL operations in Scotland have closed permanently, and former owner and director of KSL Medical, Simon Lindsay, exits all elements of the KSL Brand.
€œThe Kent and Manchester clinics will endeavour to help with inquiries or ongoing treatments Scottish customers may have. €

The KSL Clinic Ltd and KSL Medical (previously KSL Hair) are completely separate business entities. Simon Lindsay resigned as a director from The KSL Clinic in September 2017 and has no shareholding or interest in the KSL Clinic Ltd. The links between KSL Medical and KSL Clinic Ltd have previously only been the joint website and social media platforms. Due to uncertainty of KSL Medical €™s ability to provide its services, The KSL Clinic Ltd has decided to sever this link to provide its own patients with complete clarity and peace of mind.

Contrary to our previous statement we have been informed that KSL Medical in Scotland is currently still a trading company and that a helpline has been setup for all patients who have surgeries booked or are post procedure. Enquiries for KSL Medical can only be dealt with directly by KSL Medical and the Scottish business. The have provided a helpline number 0141 3530738 and an email address [email protected] for contact. The KSL Clinic does not hold any patient information or notes so is unable to provide any guidance or advise.
Any patients that have had procedures at KSL Medical that were carried out by Dr Ullah in Scotland within the last 12 months are encouraged to contact the Kent team who can arrange a 12 month post procedure reviews as part of his ongoing duty of care. We cannot help or advise patients that have not been operated on by any other surgeon.

It`s funny when they deny they were anything to do with Scotland, a simple companies house check shows they were business partners in a few companies.
