I doubt this is worth anything, he will probably have you standing on your head. In the before pic, he looks like he has had a bad HT.
Doesn't seem to know what he's talking about with regard to HT's either as he's recommending that you go to dermatologists, plastic surgeons or cosmetic surgeons, and doesn't mention actual HT surgeons.

There's only 3 things that are proven to get you more hair, Propecia Regaine and Hair Transplants.

I used it and it helped my hair grow back. There's nothing wrong with trying it out.
Out of my experience i found a good way to check your vellus hairs and check for regrowth. Try using a flashlight in hair while looking in mirror and move around at different angles...they need to catch the light.. just right
