OK, well, one more update anyway. But I'll take your word for it if everything's fine. You guys know a hell of a lot more about it than me. I've started taking steps to improve my diet anyway and started taking multivitamin supplements and I've heard that certain vitamins (including types of vitamin B) can aid hair growth anyway so that's just gonna be an added bonus to helping it stay safe if it is fine.

You have great hair, eating healthier and taking certain victims will make you feel a lot better and keep you healthy.

I agree your hair looks really good. A word on vitamins dude, make sure you take only the stated dose on the bottles, I recently found out through a blood test I was severely deficient in vitamin d and was advised to supplement by my GP. I took twice the recommended dose for a few weeks because I thought it would help me and like an idiot i ended up really ill and in ER with temporary hypertension.

Didn't see the latest reply, well I've uploaded a whole bunch of pics to the gallery today, gotta go back to the next page to see them all (gone for a pre and post hair wash so excuse all the loose dandruff, it's something I've never quite been able to manage). Mainly focussed on the left temple cos it's bugging me, although I'm not sure if it's thinning or just the roots growing out because I haven't dyed my hair in months.

I can't tell which pics are the newest in your gallery. Since I cannot differentiate which is which, it means you are not a good candidate for hair restoration. You have a nice head of hair so don't worry for now.

The top pics on page one are the newest ones. If you can find the folders then it'll be in the "24-Jul-2014" folder. Although if you can't tell the difference from the older ones then I'm assuming that's a good thing and my hair is fine and I'm not suffering any major recession other than natural maturing.

There's also this (newer):

vs this:

But that may just be where the scalp was dyed on the older pic

I stand by my prior opinion that you don't have enough loss to do a surgical intervention at this point in time. Enjoy your nice head of hair and try not to worry that you're losing hair.

Yeah after playing with different angles it does seem more or less unchanged from several months ago so I'm concluding that i'm not losing hair, I'm just at my mature hairline now and actual baldness is something I shouldn't have to worry about for a good 10-20 years, if at all. I know people have had temporal recession for years and are in their 40s with no sign of balding so it's a normal thing to happen. I'll keep checking anyway but yeah, I guess it is safe to say I'm not losing my hair.

5 more pics, more or less concluding that things are pretty much unchanged and I should stop worrying (will probably be back here in 3 months anyway):

http://www.hairlossexperiences.com/gallery/2269/2269_251156_190000000.jpg

The last one's a frontal one, my hairline's a bit lopsided and it bugs the hell out of me

Still, compare it to a few months ago and I would say it's possible improved: http://www.hairlossexperiences.com/gallery/2269/2269_110626_290000000.jpg

If it still bugs me in a few months' time I may start using Rogaine or something just to keep the hair strong (nothing wrong with using it when you still have a full head of hair I shouldn't imagine) but until then I won't worry.
