Hey everyone!
New to this forum, but have read a lot of your stories so I think I know a little of what to expect. I have about 3500 grafts going in on December 1, 2016. That means its less than 5 days away ;ss;. The name of the Clinic is Cosmedica by Dr. Spammer and Ascar. I've requested to have one of them do it. Im receding on both sides and it started bad just this past year (I blame my girlfriend whom just broke up with me). Im feeling quite down and out, but Im staying focused on my business and I started working out 6 weeks not at the gym.
I'll try and share as many pictures and stories as I can here.
Have one question though... I really have gotten into a good rhythm with the fitness plan and its the main thing keeping my spirits up lately. Do I need to stop working out after the hair transplants? Or can a one week break be enough? I plan to workout right up until the date of the procedure.
Im a little worried about this procedure. Hope I'm making a good decision.
Thanks guys!
