Thanks Bigmac ;)
Just tried using some Caboki and Toppik hair fibres to help create the illusion of density while I wait for my next HT. It looks ok, but I think I need some more practice applying it lol. I apply the fibres then add some hairspray to hold it all together.
If anyone has some tips, please share!

Hey everyone, just got back home after my 2nd HT. My first HT was in May 2015, so this time around I wanted to fill in the crown that had receded more, aswell as strengthen the hairline and add some density behind it.
I went with DHI again, why change I figured what isn't broken I figured, but this time in Brisbane Australia as I'm only living a few hours away. The first time I was in Switzerland on an extended stay there.
Heaps more photos and details on my blog. Bloody tired so it's easier to send you there than post everything on here aswell (hope that's ok Admins?)
But in summary Day One (Fri 27th January 2017) 1300 grafts for the Crown / Day Two (Sat 28th January 2017) 1140 Grafts on the hairline and behind it :)
Feel free to ask any questions. I'll keep posting my updates and progress for you to follow.

Got to take off the bandage today and I was surprised how clean the donor area is looking compared with when I took the bandage off from the first HT. The top photos was from the first HT at 2 days post HT, bottom are second HT at 2 days post HT (today).
Feeling good, still no pain and haven't need to take any pain killers since leaving the clinic. Just getting a little itchy now lol c;;9
Can't wait to give it a wash tomorrow! :T:

Hi Ryan, the work looks good. It should make a nice difference to your crown. All the way to Australia to live. Who was the doctor at Dhi Australia?
Thanks for sharing.

Hey Bigmac, no I'm originally from Australia. I was on an extended holiday in Europe during 2015 so I decided then would be a good opportunity to have my first HT. Back in Aus now though...and not enjoying the heat lol. It was Dr Rukshan Senanayake at the DHI/Harley Clinic in Brisbane who did it.
Here's how it's looking at Day 5 guys. Pretty happy with how it's all coming along. Almost all scabs have gone now too. I decided this time I'd be a little more encouraging when it came to getting rid of them.

It`s looking very good at 5 days, the work is nice and clean.
I wouldn`t mind a bit of Australian heat right now.
Thanks for the additional pictures, looking forward to following your progress.

Thanks everyone, I'm really happy with how it turned out.
The shedding started today *groan, I knew it wasn't going to be far away lol. I also started taking Finasteride as I've read it can help reduce the shed, but maybe I've left it too late??

The wait will soon pass and those new hairs will begin to sprout.

That's 2 weeks down for me now. Have been shedding quite a bit over the past 5 or so days. Here's a few photos comparing to week 1.

Just hit week 3 post HT and going well. Have shed heaps now, but I think it has slowed right down...probably not a whole lot more to lose anyway lol

How many grafts have you had in total now? Healing looks to be going well.

It's around 4400 grafts in total. Hopefully that should be it for me now lol

Hopefully that's it but hair greed may strike.

haha hair greed, that's totally possible :T:
Just hit Month 2. Getting a fair few ingrown hairs now, which could be a sign that it's starting to grow back, but after only two months I'm not sure.
Here's some comparison photos, not much change at this point though.

Ingrown hairs at this stage are most probably native hairs trapped. Your donor area has made a good recovery, everything back to normal now.

Seemingly results are going to be so good giving you a natural young look

Thanks guys. Just hit 3 months post HT #2. Things are going ok, but probably won't start seeing real growth for another month or two.
Here's some before HT #1 photos compared with how it is right now.

Amazing thread this...got to commend you on the quality of pictures too dude ¬b`. The work looks great so i'm sure you will be set once this second one grows in....unless off course you get the dreaded hair greed BM mentioned which many of us have had :T:
Thanks for sharing your progress from both procedures. Here's to hoping you don't need the fibres soon pal.
Nice work DHI;)
