It's been almost 7 weeks since my procedure and Thought I'd share these up close pictures taken today with a new camera used for work. I could see little black hairs sprouting so wanted to see what was going off.

They could possibly be new grafts growing this early or some existing hairs returning. Your skin looks to have healed well.

Thanks BM. The waiting game is horrendous. Never thought id be wishing my life but I think the excitement of waiting for results is natural for everyone who has undergone a HT.

4 awesome repairs with SMG
The waiting game is a killer dude....a complete emotional rollercoaster but well worth it, best to do something to try and take your mind off hair for a while or it drives ya mad lol

Thought I would post a 3 month progress update. I know the pictures arent great as Ive taken them on the sly in our office. I have started growth and my head is stubbly with some long strands in some areas. Not sure if I am a slow or fast rower yet but time will tell. I am really impressed with how the finasteride is working. My hair on my head as a whole has started to thicken up, even at this early stage and I have zero side effects. The wait to see my new hair has and is still horrible. Doesnt help me being impatient but Im in the gym trying to keep my mind busy.

Wishing you all the best and thanks for looking

Hi Olly, 3 months is early so any growth at this stage is a bonus. Good to hear you're responding well to the meds.
All the best.

Hi All,

Just wanted to post my 4 month update. Your opinions as always would be much appreciated. The first pic is obviously my procedure, the second is a month after and the remaining pics were taken this morning. As i mentioned above the waiting game as been difficult but im now at a stage where i can see things developing and Im definitely over the worst. The rest of my hair has really thickened up due to responding well to meds and I would urge anyone to try them. Ive recommended finasteride to a few of my friends and they are overwhelmed by the effects after only three months of taking them. None of us have had any side effects although it is still early days. Even at this early stage my confidence is already sky high and Im hopeful of a good result. I was quite open about my hairtransplant and people are starting to make comments about how its taking shape etc which is nice I suppose.

Thanks for looking.

Hi Olly,

Its looking good, a little thin on the front unless its the sunlight but you`re only at 7 months so plenty of time for more growth and maturity.

Good to hear you are happy and have styling options now.

Cheers Bm.
