Hopefully, this new regimen you`re on works with no issues. Seeing new wispy hairs is exciting. I will look forward to your update.
All the best.

I stopped the 0.1% topical dutasteride and 0.1% Biotin liquid solution as I was getting E.D which I was surprised given it was topical solution and NOT oral.

But I have been on topical 10% Minoxidil and 0.1% Biotin solution for 1 month now.

I am 10 weeks post 3rd procedure and can see tiny wispy very ) fine hairs growing on implanted zones.

I'll update soon.
I meant I have switched from the 0.1% Dutasteride and 10% minoxidil topical solution to 0.1% Biotin and 10% Minoxidil solution as that dutasteride was giving me E.D.

Fingers crossed Bigmac.

Here with a quick look back...if you scroll right the way down to the bottom of page.

Jan - April 2025 Before 3rd Procedure below:

Notice how thin that frontal middle island tuft had become - very visible bald patch!!

Now Jan - April 2026 - 1 Year post 3rd procedure below:

You can see the difference - not amazing cosmetic changes but at least it is more dense especially in that frontal tuft and zone 2. - Not too worried about zone 3 so much as no one really notices the back when they talk with you...

I think lighting/angles are different in the second to last photo compared to the last photo as my hair looks more dense in last photo - Maybe due to daylight/sunlight, different part of room and/or different angles etc as it was taken different time of day!

Anyways at least that bald tuft in the frontal island (Which was what really bothered me most!) looks more dense if not 100% covered I am pleased with results - I was never expecting much with only 3002 hairs implanted roughly 1150 grafts compared to my 1st and 2nd procedure. But it is pretty much what I expected.

My donor areas have healed well if a little thinner of course. As for my crown where no new hairs were implanted - it does not bother me so much and neither do those grey hairs. I have also been through a substantial amount of emotional stress over the past 6 months due to personal life issues which may have impacted new hair regrowth. I have faced a perfect storm since January but getting through things slowly but surely with two steps forwards! Anyways, I am happy with result. I doubt I will do any more surgery - Someone said bald suits me and others suggested SMP!! :)

Ps - I have also been using/applying Biotin 0.1% & Minoxidil 10% Topical solution after using Son's DHT blocking shampoo. I also use Nizoral 2% ketaconazole shampoo once a week.
