Is there a method or treatment that you can recommend other than classical methods and offer an innovative approach to hair transplantation? I am open to all suggestions. Let's discuss it.

Which methods are you listing as classical?

FUT technology is a very classical method and it also damages the hair follicles and the donor area. Many of my friends who had a hair transplant years ago regretted it because they left scars on their scalps. Even today, those who have hair transplant done by inexperienced doctors with FUE or Sapphire FUE technique regret a lot. I read a lot of comments on this subject and I asked to this forum. To see if there is a truly innovative approach.

They are the only two methods available. Scarring does occur. Some people scar more than others. If you don't want scars then a hair transplant is not for you unless you’d be ok with SMP as a cover up.

Simply to add to @Bigmac´s comment regarding scarring.

The extent of visible scarring. Can be affected by the expertise and experience of the Doctor. Performing the extraction and when required closure. With FUE understanding of the blind extraction technique and follicle anatomy. Then, the skin has natural healing properties that vary dependent on the skin characteristics, fair complexion compared to dark. Measure on the Fitzpatrick scale. Also, the after-care protocols and being adhered to, and no actions undertaken detrimental to healing.

just to quote @silverguard44, "FUT technology is a very classical method and it also damages the hair follicles and the donor area." It should be noted that this can occur regardless of the technique. Certainly not unique to FUT. Transection is possible with the extraction and handling of the grafts. Transection being the hair unit is damaged or severed to the point it will not grow. An experienced surgeon will keep their transection rate to a minimum by way of the protocols and skills they have developed. Such as care during extraction, cleaning, and graft placement. For instance, minimising risk by way of using high magnification scopes and loupes throughout the procedure.
