Update on this one: I admit I made a mistake by considering the 'celebrity docs' bt the results looked so good on this morning and as he was UK based, it refuelled my desire to have one!

I'm not saying Ziering isn't any good but for peace of mind, I need an expert in the field who can demonstrate years of excellence within the HT industry, particuarly with NW6 patients.

When I originally researched a HT, one organisation kept on coming up (Hasson & Wong) and my initial conviction was to go with them however, the unexpected arrival of my little boy consumed all spare time I had and I couldn't consider spending up to 2 weeks in Canada (post surgery)

Now he is 2, I have more free time to consider these matters and again, my research has suggested Hasson & Wong maybe my best option.

The first step has been taken, I have just emailed their UK consultant to hopefully arrange a consultation asap.

Does anybody know the expected time scales from Consultation to Operation etc or does it differ from Clinic to Clinic?

How did you get on with your consult, usually 3 months is about the norm to get a booking unless the clinic has got some cancellation slots available.

I have my consultation next wednesday at a location in central London.

I take on board that my head looks relatively normal compared to some but that's a small consolation for having no hair at all *nl

I'm going to the consutation with relatively low expectancies to be honest as I know I'm going to need a huge amount of grafts.
