Possible miniturisation of HT hair?

Also I was wondering if these hairs possibly maybe coming out of a resting phase,I was last in the chair in 2012, so they have been growing for 4 years now, although I don't recall this happening to my old norton/wellsbourne hair.

I`m not sure if its helping, its probably more psychological for me, thinking its helping and no harm in taking them.

Now that I have been scrutinizing my hair more, I have noticed that if I part my hair, say in a centre parting, I can see little short hair amoung the longer ones, they don't seem thinner as far as I can tell than the longer ones, but I never noticed them before, I never actually focused on the top of my head before as I was always fixiated on my scar and hairline, could this just be the natural hair cycle?

My sister has a similar thing but I think I have slightly more than her

Try not to worry about your hair, it looks good.
My hair has some shorter ones in.
