Hello guys.Would really love your help. I'm a 38 years old guy. Started loosing my hair at the age of 25-26. Everyone thought it was due to trauma (lost my dad unexpectedly). Over the years I tried everything. Including hair system. And than 2 years ago. I just had enough of the hassle of every week treatment. And started to look for HT.

I did the first one with 1200 follicular. Which cost a lot! With rubbish results. One year later. Based on a recommendation of a friend I turned to a clinic in Turkey. Who said they could fix it.is came for a consultant 3500 units were transferred based on what they told me. Followed by 2 Priorin a day and 2 times a day of Minoxidil.

It's been nearly 6 months now. The hair where the transplant was in growing slower than the rest of my hair. It's also very thin with gaps..and curly (my hair in the rest of my head is not curly). The hair is very dry....What do you think I should do? I spoke to the clinic a few times. And they told me to be patient...but I'm trying also to be realistic...do you think maybe I should do micropigmentation between the gaps? How can I make the hair stronger?Attached are photos of today...6 months after...Would really appreciate your help!

so you can see from the pics....the density is not that great, the hair looks so dry and hard...you cant comb it....its curly with no direction of growth....So what should I do? can I say the HT didn't work?should I try organic straightening ?Micro Pigmentation to fill the gaps?Hair mask?I'm open to suggestions! Thank you

Can you attach some pre-op pics before the first and second surgery? Also do you have any immediate post-op pics from your recent surgery to see where the grafts were placed and how they looked.

Also who your surgeons?

It's somewhat difficult to provide an opinion with nothing to compare to. If you were bald in the transplant zone before your procedure I'd say the growth is good. Some area's are thin, could be slower growth that will catch up.

6 months is too early to judge.
If we could see some before and immediately post op pictures it would help.

Was the frontal third of your scalp bald? Looking at your immediate post operative picture all the grafts were placed in this area. The growth looks good, the area with less hair may be experiencing a slower growth rate.
If you would be kind enough to post pictures right before surgery and some top down pictures how it looks now, a clearer perspective on your progress can be made.

I don't think that you should worry too much. Likely just having issues with uneven growth.
