Iv bin Thinning now for a couple of years and its getting to the point where im really considering a ht, what does Propecia do stop the thinning or does it help get a bit of thickness back, or is it just the lucky ones that tend to get a bit of re growth

Some people will re grow some hair, most who take it use it as a retainer to keep what hair they have.
I would try it if I were you but read up out first as you can suffer side effects like with most drugs out there.

I've been taking it for years and had no regrowth but I don't think I've lost anymore of my native hair since I started it.
