You likely will continue to lose hair at the front, but very slowly. However, I don't think I've lost any hair in the back 2/3 of my head. It gives me the chance to consider an HT, because without the drug I would 1) already be totally bald and 2) wouldn't be able to keep up with further loss.

I didn't get any regrowth i don't think from the drug but it has certainly helped me maintain what i had which is great and good enough for me. You may get an initial shed but this is normal so don't panic dude. Might be good to start your own diary thread to see if you get any regrowth.
