Shock loss can happen weeks after your hair transplant. Sometimes, it can take around 6 months to recover. Your battery patch looks like it could be scar tissue. Do you have any surgery and post op recovery pictures you could share?
How many grafts did you have?

It is possible scratching has caused sone scar tissue.
Have you reached out to the clinic for their opinion?

The temporary loss of hair in the region where hair follicles were removed after a transplant process is known as donor area shock loss.

Do you have post op photos of the punching and incisions right after the surgery?

It looks like a job of a hair mill in Turkey, there was no equal spacing, big punching needles, going too deep, and I marked you some examples that they did punching over already existed punching which create over scarring and over harvesting. Proper punching for fine hair should be with small diameter, but with every donor management must have equal spacing and not go too deep inside. In 6-7 months you will see the final donor recovery result.

It's not a good job, but now you need to wait till 6-7 months result to see how you donor been covered.
Unfortunately I had personal horrific experience when I had my 1st bad FUE by Arenamed SRK clinic Turkey, I recognize when these clinics do this aggressive job.
Then I had repair with HDC Clinic where I work as the consultant coordinator.
Let's see how your growth will be in 6 months from now.

I show here comparison jobs of my HT journey:
