SMP Laser Removal Scotland

Hi folks,

First post on here. I have SMP and have had it several years. It's been good to be fair but I'm now at the point I'm fed up with people's questions why I would shave a full head of hair. If I could turn back the clock I'd have gone for a thinning early stages of balding look to seem more natural.

I'm looking into laser removal but rather than going full removal, partial removal to look like I've described above would be great.

I live in Scotland so preferably somewhere here or north of England would be best. I could just go to a laser tattoo removal clinic but doubt they would the artistry to achieve this look and also feel it could be embarrassing. An SMP clinic which offers laser would obviously fully understand and empathise.

I'm struggling to find anything nearby rather than south of England and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of any good places to go?

Thanks

If you are looking for best in the business in terms of laser removal I suggest you get in contact with Carl at www. thelaserstudios.co.uk
Hes based in Hitchen but really does know his stuff and isn't your typical laser tattoo removal company, he specialises in SMP removal and can fade the pigment to your liking

4 awesome repairs with SMG
I know everyones different but I'm pretty sure I could cope with them type of comments...unless of course you think they are happening because people suspect somethings up. Curious to know what answers you gave to the questions of why you keep shaving your head...I think if it were me I'd say it's to disguise the greys or something. If you do get a good Laser removal expert it would be good if you could share with us on here so it can help others in a similar situation.

Have you any pics of your current situation with the SMP.

I think scalpetics do removal.

Hi folks thanks for the replies. Sorry about my own late response!

Looks like the laser studios is the best place to go. I don't mind traveling to get the job done right but just wondered what options were available and if a good one was closer to home it would make sense. I'm surprised that with so many options of places to get SMP now the options for removal are quite limited outwith standard laser removal clinics.

@bullitnut I think my own SMP is decent but I just feel that it is very uncommon for people with full heads of hair to shave their heads and this will always prompt questions. I feel that I can spot a even a very good SMP on someone else quite easily so this must be mutual going by the knowing look you get from someone else who has it in the street or wherever. Im not confident enough to just answer the questions with the truth. I had a bad FUE years ago and the main reason for getting SMP was to allow me to shave my head without scars being visible. I had accepted hair loss by that point but was at the point I needed to get the clippers out but couldn't because of the scars. In hindsight I should have prob just got SMP to camouflage the scars. If I get the removal done I'll post some before and after pics.
