I have been using regain 5% for about 3 years now but a few months back I started using Spectral.DNC Which has minoxidil 5% as well as retinol and a load of other random things.

The reason I changed is because I go to work on by motorbike and regain was never dry quick enough to put my helmet on, and I saw some reports about spectral drying faster and it does it drys within about 5 mins ready to put a bit of styling product in and off to work.

Anyway I have started to notice lots of new tiny blond hairs appearing on my reseeding upper temples.

This could be due to this new stuff and it would be cool if it is but I have also been taking Saw palemto for 6 weeks which in theory is to short a time to see any changes from that or is it ?

Just wondered if anyone els has used it and had good results ?

More likely to be the Saw I think, but you never know.

I personally had the same experience on Saw Palmetto, new hairs and also in temples and it was noticed by people who never knew I was on any products, so for me certainly I saw improvement, I know others don't go for it and each to their own really, but for me I'd say it works.

Hey Rich Tea it thought you were trying propecia? must have been mistaken...that being said i'm thrilled that Saw Palmetto is working for you...please keep us in the loop with its progress dude

Bullitnut you are right I should have said I took pro for 10 days but I found the side effects too much, I know they might not last very long but the feeling of being kicked in the nuts was bad enough, but the one I could not handle was the low almost teary feeling. I have always been an upbeat happy person so that one surprised me. All sides did disappear about 4 days after stoping though.
No sides from saw yet which is cool

Shame you had sides from the Propecia, i pwould have stuck it out longer but everyone is different, hopefully the Saw will be helpful to you.
