hi just wanted to know if Dr Bisanga uses staples or stitches for strip ht
Also, does he do trico closure?

We use sutures, inner self dissolving and outer that needs to be removed 10 days post op by a medical professional, tricho closure we have been performing for years now, here are a few examples:

I will be back in the UK a week before Christmas.

A patient can't assess your position a such, certainly not on behalf of the clinic, if one wished to give their opinion it would be personal, but ideally if you wish to have a proper assessment that would need to be performed by the doctor, donor measurements, laxity, design etc.

Before a personal consultation we would ask for clear pictures, age, meds, goals, prev surgeries etc and the doc can then give an initial assessment.

If you wished to meet ex-patients to see results then that also could be arranged.

but for now

I have had 3 strip surgeries with Dr Feller, totalling 6,500 grafts

my scar has stretched due to the fact that i have good laxity

my goal is to improve my scar and have one last strip surgery to thicken up the front half, would like 1500 grafts from strip, but was told that 1000 would be realistic

leaving me with fue as a last resort for further thickening

my doner area after 3 surgeries is reasonably ok

after my last strip, i would hope i have enoigh fue for 2000 grafts

my goal is to basicly thicken up the front 2 thirds if not all...

How come your scar stretched due to good laxity as its normally poor laxity that cause`s scars to stretch.

Did Dr Feller tell you good laxity was the cause.

no, he didn't, i'm just assuming

but he did say that laxity was good even after having my 3rd ht and not doing any scalp exercises

Its usually tight scalps that cause the stretching, maybe you have a skin type that is prone to stretching/scarring

Ok sounds good, make sure you ask the doc about the possibility of it stretching again if you`re prone to it.

Not really sure, you could ask for inner and outer sutures like Sl mentioned above, thats what i got and prefer.
